Colon Hydrotherapy

Colonic Irrigation is a safe, effective, and gentle way to cleanse the whole body of toxins, remove built-up waste, and helps rebuild your Gut.
This involves the safe, gentle infusion of warm water into the colon via the rectum.
Colon Hydrotherapy works with your body to allow it to cleanse and gently wash away built-up impacted solids, loosen hard stools, and remove putrefied waste that has built up over time.
Macarthur Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic uses only disposable equipment and no chemicals or drugs are used during your treatment.

This starts the digestive process and naturally detoxes the kidneys and liver. Lemon balances the body's pH levels and is a diuretic. It also hydrates the lymph system, helps fat loss, and boosts energy.

Try not to drink coffee on an empty stomach

Have a banana or tablespoon of goat's yogurt to line the stomach first to avoid acid production in the stomach which can damage the stomach lining causing gut health issues, indigestion, heartburn, and digestive issues. This in turn can also raise cortisol levels and anxiety. Drinking caffeine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach when cortisol can already be high, blunts the production of the hormone and shifts the timing of the cycle. Drinking coffee while cortisol is already high can actually cause you to produce more cortisol. Cortisol raises the stress levels in our bodies which then can lead to weight gain, increased blood sugar levels, raised insulin hormone production, problems with sleeping, and compromised immune response. Finally, it can also cause dehydration.

FRUIT

Only eat fruit first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

When we eat fruit on an empty stomach, the digestive system breaks down the sugars in the fruit quickly and allows us to get the full nutritional benefits. Fruit naturally increases energy levels and typically has a low glycemic index, it is good for digestion as it is a cleansing foods and when eaten on an empty stomach it will help remove old toxins that build up overnight and it is rich in enzymes which aid in digestion and helps the body absorb nutrients from the food you are consuming throughout the rest of the day! Fruits are generally high in vitamin C and this is nutrient is the best thing to eat to beat stress. Vitamin C also reduces inflammation. 

WATER

Drink 3-4 liters of water a day. 

The first 1 liter of water that you drink gets absorbed by the stomach then the remaining 2-3 ltrs assists in helping flush out bad bacteria and toxins that are trapped in your system and helps hydrate the rest of your body organs. Drinking more water helps the kidneys get rid of waste and toxins that pass through the liver. Small sips of room temperature alkaline water throughout the whole day is best. Room temperature water is better for the stomach and intestines and helps everything keep moving, fluid, and protected. It is best for rehydration. Coldwater causes the blood vessels around the stomach to constrict and slow down absorption. The overall effect of cold water in the body is a contraction, slowing, shrinkage. Alkaline water is said to help counteract the acid that's found in your bloodstream. It is higher in pH that can increase your metabolism and improve your body's ability to absorb vital nutrients. The human body thrives on alkaline pH. This can also regulate blood pressure, regulate high acidic levels in the stomach, and strengthen bones. Alkaline water boosts vitamin absorption, helps improve immune function, and prevents magnesium deficiency.
