At Macarthur Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic, we believe that health starts from within and that every one of us has the power to influence our own wellbeing through a healthy diet, exercise, a positive lifestyle, and the aid of complementary therapies. Essentially, we believe that when you feel good you look good and when you look good you feel good.
Amanda and Amy have been in the Holistic Health and Wellness industry for many years now and have a huge focus on Mind Body and Soul Healing. We believe that through self-care and putting yourself first, we can assist you to better cope with stress and improve overall health and Well-being. We believe that by focusing on Gut Health, Mental Health, Spiritual development and personal growth we can help you unleash your power to enable you to live your best life.
Both Amanda and Amy have a passion for going all in and helping clients achieve their personal goals. Whether this be through weight loss management, Holistic Counselling, setting Health goals or mindset coaching.

Amanda is a Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher and has a genuine passion for healing the Mind, Body and Soul. She has a very soft approach to her Teaching and Healing sessions and her clients and students always leave feeling guided and supported. Amanda has a passion for educating her clients which saw her build her first college ( Inspire Holsitic Training College) Teaching Meditation, Holistic Counselling and Empowerment coaching before selling it in 2022 to then go on and create The Australian School of Energy Medicine.
When Amanda is not with clients, she spends her time teaching Reiki ( Usui method) Violet Flame Reiki and is undertaking a year long apprenticeship to be able to teach Shamanic Reiki in the future. Amanda also hosts retreats and workshops with different focus areas each month. Workshops are located on the Beautiful grounds of Macarthur Colonics.

I found my passion and purpose in life through my own personal health struggles after being diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis Disease in 2016. After being told i was destined to be medicated for the rest of my life and this was not aligning with my souls belief, i was determined to prove the medical partitions wrong and it lead me on a wild journey of holistic healing and wellbeing. After years of educating myself on the benefits of gut health and the brain gut connection, it has driven me to share my knowledge to empower others and lead them on the holistic path of rediscovering their own health and wellbeing.

My journey started off whilst working within the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer. I would fuel my body with good foods BUT would also combine those foods with supplements.
I wanted to stay fit and healthy but my main focus was solely on what I looked like on the outside and disregarding all the damage I was doing to my insides. After many years of living this "healthy" lifestyle my physical health not only started to suffer but also my mental health which then lead to issues in my work life and family life.
I was in and out of hospitals, was not using the bathroom for WEEKS, was turned away with no real answer, and in so much pain. I was literally FULL OF SHIT! I sought out holistic practitioners and finally found a gut health solution through Colonics! Having discovered Colonics and a very long journey of healing my gut, my life changed so much, so much so that I became a therapist myself after being given the amazing opportunity by the amazing lady who created MCHC Amanda! She has changed my life in so many ways and her stunning space and energy here at MCHC has given colonics that extra unique touch.
